• These Terms and Conditions for The Supply of Service (this 'Agreement') are entered into by Zengi Limited and the entity executing this Agreement ('You'). Zengi Limited is a Private Limited Company registered in the United Kingdom, company registration number 09635206, registered at the address: 18 Parkway, Crofton, Wakefield WF4 1SX, West Yorkshire, England; and
• You ('the Customer').

RECITALS

1. Zengi Limited supplies services, specifically designed to assist clients in the manufacture, marketing or sale of physical goods, fleet operations, international freight, warehousing and delivery services.
2. Zengi Limited is willing to provide the Services (as outlined on our website: https://www.zengilimited.com) and the Customer is willing to appoint Zengi Limited to provide the Services in accordance with the provisions in this agreement.
3. The Customer's attention is drawn in particular to the provisions of clause 11.
